Hematite Crystal Ring

I recently bought a hematite ring from Sapphire and Sage, but unfortunately, it arrived broken. However, their customer service was exceptional. The representative I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful. They promptly sent out a replacement ring, and I received it surprisingly quickly.
